Sam Holt
Sam Holt is the President of Brain Balance Technologies, located in Asheville, North Carolina.

  • Sam is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a BS in Business Administration and minor in Psychology. He was a Special Agent with the United States Treasury Department for seven years prior to becoming a Business entrepreneur.
  • Over the last 20 years, Sam has created a number of health-related business models including several Health Clubs, a 250 unit chain of frozen yogurt stores, an Ultrasound Preventative Health Screening Company and Brain Balance Technologies.
  • Sam is a 3rd degree Black Belt in Karate and is a heath and fitness enthusiast.
  • Sam is a certified Neurofeedback practitioner, trained and certified by Brain State Technologies, the creator of the Neurofeedback technology used by Brain Balance Technologies.
  • Sam is a certified Life Coach.
  • Sam is committed to helping each individual who does Brain State Training achieve the very best possible results and begin living the life of their dreams.

Christine Westfeld Christine Westfeldt, MS (Master of Science in Counseling), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), is a psychotherapist who has been working with alternative mind-body and spiritual practices for the past 15 years.

  • Christine is trained in Level I and II of Thought Field Therapy and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Response).
  • Christine is also trained in Level I and II Hakomi, a body-centered psychotherapy created by Ron Kurtz. She is a certified practitioner of Stanislav Grof's Holotropic Breathwork and has produced a video describing this method through the Mandala.
  • Christine has completed a 500 hour training in Therapeutic Massage. She has attended numerous seminars in Healing Touch, Hypnotherapy, and other disciplines.
  • Christine is certified at the masters training level in Brain State Training by the parent company, Brain State Technologies, in Scottsdale, Arizona. Brain State Training is a great complement to each of the above mentioned modalities.
